ok after hearing all the reviews i decided to try this product. instructions not very clear regarding set up. i set this up using the instructions but with modifications. PC monitor set to 800/600 with Dark resolution. Text size for exployer is Med. it helps if the monitor display setting is set to 150 DPI. Use the Display Properties Advance setting to adjust this. Then make sure your TV video is set to a bright clear setting. It helps if you use a RF Modulator. The S-Video cable is not needed. Just hook the yellow cable up to the modulator. hook all the other cables up the Modulator, TV, convertor box, as instructed. The Video AND TEXT should now appear on the TV. NOTE: BOTH Video and TV should now appear clear on the TV if you follow these instructions. ENJOY>

After searching for other solutions for displaying my computer on my TV, I was happy to find one that works! It came with all the cables, and works beautifully! Sometimes I feel that the resolution drops a little, but that is easily ignored. Shipping was efficient and expeditious. I received mine within a week. Just remember: you have to fiddle with the little switches and make sure all the cables are in all the way. Works great when combined with a Audio/headphone out to red/white RCA adapter for the sound. Highly recommend, would buy again.

This converter works exactly as it says. Its very simple to set up and the picture on the TV screen is very clear. Because of the low price, I was a little skeptical on the quality of this product, but it works great and I couldn't be happier with it. At first I had issues with getting a picture on my TV screen, but then I realized that all I had to do was to switch those small "1" and "2" buttons in the back, and a picture came on the screen. It is very simple to hook up, it works instantly and has a great picture quality. Great product!

This product always me to record live streaming video (NASCAR races) from my computer to a recording device (VCR or DVD recorder) to veiw at a later time on my big screen TV. It does what it advertises. Love it.

I got it to connect my computer to a marine chartplotter video input so I could use my sidescan from a bright display. The picture quality is not high enough to run the sidescan or even read the buttons like the "start" button.
